Return / Refund Policy
Cancellation of orders is possible only before the order is invoiced for the delivery. Once an order is invoiced, packed and started delivery, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, customers can use the product order Cancel button in the website. When it become success the cancel request, the refund will be posted back via the same method of payment for all pre-paid orders.
If the delivery not happen within 7 days from the date of ordering through website, the automatic refund would be done to the customer account.
Product can be returned within 72hrs from the date of the delivery based on the following conditions.
1. Product in damaged/defect condition
2. Another product delivered other than ordered by customer.
3. Every return will be charged its delivery amount.
4. Exchange of product is not allowed for online purchasing.
5. General Rules for a successful Return
1. In certain cases, where the company- kozmocart.com, is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
2. In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, the seller may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at the seller’s discretion.
3. For products where installation is provided by Company's service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Company’s authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
4. For big items like Outdoor toys, any product-related issues will be checked by authorised service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opinions that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
5. In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue, within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation, to kozmocart.com for investigation.
6. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. If any item has special conditions, it would be provided at product page
Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
a. Damages due to misuse of product;
b. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
c. Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
d. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
e. Digital products/services (Flyte music downloads)
f. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
g. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
h. The customized Items which is 'made to order' on customer's request
The refund will be posted back via the same method of payment for all pre-paid orders, especially in the case of credit card payments. Second mode of refund is manual transaction after approval. Account department will contact with customer directly and the refund will do manually.
Once the refund is initiated, the amount gets credited to your account in 8-13 business days.
1. Except for Cash On Delivery transaction, refund, if any, shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received, or through any other method available on the Platform, as chosen by You.
2. For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via electronic payment transfers or manual transactions or value coupons.
3. Refund shall be made in Qatari Riyal only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in QR.
